Calling Dr.....WTF?

At a garage sale last weekend, I found this surgeon doll.  He was meant to be grotesque, but being in a flooded garage has given him facial leprosy and rotted his scrubs, and has thus made him even more so.

Beside him is a mug featuring a character named simply "Muscle". He is muscle tissue in mug form.
At bottom is a cigarette case featuring the old Native American motto "If you takum two, me scalp you".
On the wall is a painting by yours truly.
In back of the doll is a portrait of Kemani Tatyos Efendi, my Turkish violinist/composer hero. Sorry it's not visible. Google him.
I got the doll and two books for a buck.
